Sending claims to Medicare of PA involves using the Xact system. Zterm 1.0.1 (for the MacOS) has been programmed to respond to the Xact on screen prompts and send back data. Xact accepts claims using Zmodem transfers which Zterm excels at. The Zterm program is shareware. Please send in your shareware fee. If you are not using Zterm you will have to program your own telecommunications software. Any assistance you require from Medical Databases to program your own telecom program will be billed at our usual rates.
